Water reminded of the first two verses from the Tao Te Ching:
is like water.
It doesn’t compete.
It goes right to the low loathsome places,
and so finds the way.
Oh, I like this very much. My knowledge of Taoism comes partly from an old college course on comparative religion, and the book The Tao of Pooh, but I feel these words to be brimming with truth. Thank you for posting!
